Fitness is necessary for everyone, from children to old age. But the problem people do not consider staying fit a necessity. Children in early ages are obsessed with staying fit but as they grow, especially into adults, they deem to give fitness enough importance. Their schedule starts to get tighter as they struggle with their job. Upon interviews it is found that adults who have jobs cannot take out enough time for these small little errands. This seriously effects their health. Looking at the horrors of this, I decided to make this blog to highlight the importance of fitness in daily life, how to keep fit and many more tips and tricks, including organizing schedules for busy people to take out some time for keeping fit. Basically Fitness in our daily lives.
