Fitness can have drastic affects on one’s health and their life. But as i said in one of my earlier posts. Fitness is “NOT” given enough importance. Even when blogs like mine exists all over the net, stressing on the importance of fitness but people do not take these seriously and even of the people who realize the importance of fitness in their lives, whose “eyes are opened” by any incident or even some articles or posts, majority of them either give up or just make excuses to themselves to just procrastinate and never get started.
As tradition I am just going to tell you about the “hazards” of the thing that all of you people take lightly. But none of them are going to matter to all who is reading this, unless YOU decide to get started, YOU take a stand. Stop procrastination and open your eyes. Because if you don’t, you all are going to face all of the problems like heart problems, maybe you grow obese, start having sugar problems, could lead to diabetes or even worse heart stroke and these are not only the problems in health one can face, there are much more. All of this can be prevented, only get up and make time and start worrying about your health because “Giving up is never an option“.
